A current sensing amplifier for a voltage converter is provided to accurately detect current in each phase or channel. A current sensing amplifier for a voltage converter includes a plurality of variable gain amplifiers. The number of variable gain amplifiers is at least one more than the number of channels of the voltage converter. At least one variable gain amplifier is in a correction mode for a predetermined time period in which the variable gain amplifier is compensated for an offset error. The gain of the variable gain amplifier is corrected to compensate the temperature of an output inductor. The other variable gain amplifiers are connected to monitor the channel current of each output inductor for a predetermined time.
