A meat cutting apparatus is provided to efficiently cut meat by preventing a transferring belt mounted on a cutting unit from being slid from an uneven portion formed on a rear portion of the cutting unit. The meat cutting apparatus includes a cutting unit(100) having plural blades crossed each other for cutting meat and rib, a drive unit supplying motive power for cutting and transferring the meat to the cutting unit, and a length adjusting unit(200) for moving and adjusting an interval of the blade mounted on the cutting unit. The cutting unit has a transferring portion for transferring the meat inserted into the cutting unit and a cutting portion having a transferring belt mounted on the cutting unit for transferring the meat. The cutting portion has a braking member equipped with a protruding portion and a protruding piece.
