A multi-layer feed-through capacitor array is provided to prevent cross torque generated by noise to which a ground potential is changed. A multi-layer feed-through capacitor array includes a condenser body(1) and first to sixth electrodes(11-16). The condenser body(1) has a rectangular shape. The first to sixth electrodes(11-16) are arranged on an exterior of the condenser body(1). The condenser body(1) includes first and second main planes(2,3) facing each other, first and second sections(4,5) facing each other, and first and second sides(6,7) facing each other. The condenser body(1) has laminated insulation layers, first signal side inner electrode, a first ground side inner electrode, a second signal side inner electrode, and a second ground side inner electrode. The insulation layer is interposed between the first signal side inner electrode and the first ground side inner electrode to face each other. The insulation layer is interposed between the second signal side inner electrode and the second ground side inner electrode to face each other.
