Remote management for restricting use of an electronic product is provided to enable a manager having insufficient knowledge of the electronic device to effectively manage the use of the electronic product by receiving support from a who making a setting and enable the manager having the sufficient knowledge to conveniently set management items with a PC. The manager restricts the use of the electronic product. The user inputs the setting for restricting the use of the electronic device. The timer is operated according to contents of the setting. The user vicariously inputs the contents agreed between the manager and a user using the electronic device to the timer. The timer includes a microcomputer, an embedded storage device storing a use time of the electronic device, a movable storage device, a time display(10), a keypad(20), a relay turning on/off power, and a box(300) locking connectors.
