A manhole cover is provided to make maintenance work simple by cutting off the inflow of impurities contained in rainwater or waste water effectively using an impurity-inflow prevention member and guiding offensive odor to flow out to the bottom of a drain together with the outside air, or, rainwater or waste water using an offensive odor flow direction conversion member, thereby preventing the exhaust of offensive odor through drain outlets effectively. The manhole cover(10) for preventing the inflow of impurities and the exhaust of offensive odor for a drain contains plural drain outlets(15) formed on the surface, two or four spacer members(30) installed on the upper/lower surfaces of the manhole cover or the inner corner of the drain outlets, and upper/lower cutoff members(20,25) installed on the top and bottom of the spacer member to seal up the top or bottom of the drain outlets in the vertical direction and provided with an impurity-inflow prevention member(22) inclined downward at the appointed angle to prevent the inflow of impurities contained in rainwater or waste water toward the inside of a drain and an offensive odor flow direction conversion member(26) inclined downward at the appointed angle to make the offensive odor of the drain flow out to the bottom of the drain together with the outside air or rainwater or waste water. |
