An image forming device for automatically changing language of a user interface and a method thereof are provided to display the user interface by reading information for the language available to a user from an RFID tag and automatically changing the current language of the user interface into the language available to the user. An RFID reader(150) reads the information from the available language of the user from the RFID tag(200). A controller(110) enables a display part(130) to display the user interface by automatically changing the current language used in the user interface into the available language of the user.
