A washing and drying machine includes a body(100) and a controller. The controller includes an input section, a main control section(130) performing a determination and a control according as a signal is transferred from the input section, and a display section displaying the control state according as a signal is transferred from the main control section. The main control section is installed in the body. The input section is electrically connected to the main control section and includes an external input section located on the outer side of the body.
