A remote recovery method for BTS(Base Transceiver Stations), a remote BTS control server for executing the same, and a system thereof are provided to shorten fault recovery time for BTSs and reduce manpower for operation and maintenance by recovering faults, which occur in BTSs, through remote control. A remote BTS control server receives the state of each BTS from each driver controller in real time and transmits it to a manager terminal(S210). If a fault occurs in a BTS, the driver controller of the BTS transmits a fault occurrence report to the remote BTS control server(S220). The remote BTS control server, based on the fault occurrence report, transmits a remote recovery command to the driver controller(S230). Then the remote BTS control server receives the state of the BTS from the driver controller(S240) and judges whether the fault has been recovered(S250). If the fault has been recovered completely, the remote BTS control server receives the state of the BTS from the driver controller in real time again(S260).
