BEFORE AGING TEST METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A method for testing a plasma display panel prior to aging is provided to improve an electric/optical characteristic of the panel by setting an aging voltage on the basis of a last-on voltage measured by the test performed prior to aging. An initial output voltage is set, and then is applied to a panel(S31). Current according to the output voltage is detected(S32). If the measured current value is higher than a preset current(S33), the output voltage is set as a last-on voltage(S34). The initial output voltage is the sum of a current output voltage and a raised voltage. The initial output voltage and the raised voltage are differently set depending upon a user.
