A method and a system for notifying users of broadcast related to a celebrity are provided to enable the users to exchange information with the celebrity by notifying the users of a broadcast schedule of the celebrity in real-time and enabling the users to directly participate in activity of the celebrity. A celebrity broadcast notification service requestor(40a) receives a request for a service notifying members of the broadcast schedule of the celebrity. A celebrity broadcast register(40b) receives and stores the broadcast schedule of the celebrity registered to a celebrity broadcast notification service. A celebrity broadcast notifier(40c) transfers a broadcast notification message to the registered members according to the registered broadcast schedule of the celebrity. A payment part(40d) receives payment for a service charge from the members. A broadcast participation part(40e) provides a tool for enabling the members to upload writing to a bulletin board generated according to the broadcast notification message. A reward register(40f) enables the celebrity to register thanks writing, music, photo, and video after the celebrity views the writing of the participation part.
