A luminescent device having a fresnel lens is provided to easily adjust a directivity angle of the device and prevent increase of a thickness to the fullest extent through the fresnel lens. A light emitting chip(130) is mounted on an electrode, and an LED package(100) has a molding portion(140) for sealing the light emitting chip. A fresnel lens(200) has a body(210) enclosing the molding portion and a fresnel pattern(220) formed on an upper surface of the body. A light refracting layer is interposed between the LED package and the fresnel lens. The molding portion and the fresnel lens have the same refractive index, and the light refracting layer has a refractive index different from that of the molding portion and the fresnel lens. |
