VIBRATION DAMPING STRUCTURE FOR AIR CONDITIONER

A vibration damping structure for an air conditioner is provided to prevent spreading of vibration along a case by reducing the number of characteristic vibration, and to effectively reduce vibration and noise. A vibration damping structure for an air conditioner comprises a case(22) with a built-in heat exchanger, a blowing device(30) and a vibration removal unit(24). The case with a built-in a heat exchanger forms a suction hole and a discharge hole suctioning/discharging air and heat-exchanges with the air. The blowing device combines the blowing fan(32) blowing air along the suction hole, the heat exchanger and the discharge hole with a motor(34) driving it by a motor mount(36). The vibration removal unit is formed to be protruded in a surface of the case, and damps vibration generated from the blowing device so as not to spread along the case.
