A ventilation system is provided to widely use a heat exchange area by uniformly dispersing indoor and outdoor air introduced inside a heat exchange element. A ventilation system comprises an exhaust fan(23), an indoor inlet(13), a case(10), an indoor inlet duct(35), a heat exchange element(40), a suction fan(33), an outdoor inlet duct(25), and an air current distribution member(50). The exhaust fan introduces indoor air inside the case through the indoor inlet, and the indoor air is guided by the indoor inlet duct and sucked into the heat exchange element through a right lower side(42) of the heat exchange element. The suction fan introduces outdoor air inside the case through the outdoor inlet, and the outdoor air is guided by the outdoor inlet duct and sucked into the heat exchange element through a left lower side(41) of the heat exchange element. The air current distribution member is installed on the outdoor inlet duct for uniformly dispersing the outdoor air.
