The present invention is directed to compounds of the formula (I), wherein R<SUP>1</SUP>, R<SUP>2</SUP>, R<SUP>3</SUP>, R<SUP>4</SUP>, R<SUP>5</SUP>, R<SUP>6</SUP>, R<SUP>7</SUP>, R<SUP>8</SUP>, R<SUP>11</SUP>, R<SUP>12</SUP>, W, X, and n are defined herein, which are useful as modulators of chemokine receptor activity. In particular, these compounds are useful as modulators of the chemokine receptor CCR-2.
