A dust prevention hinge is provided to prevent the generation of metal dust and to wash off dust attached on components easily. The dust prevention hinge(10) comprises a pair of wing members(11,12) made with metal and fixed to a door and a door frame of a clean room entrance and equipped with boss portions(11a,12a) formed along the edge of plate portions(11b,12b), pivot bearing members made with fluorine, inserted to the boss portions of the wing members and equipped with a seal portion(14h) placed to surround a thrust bearing to prevent the scatter of dust from the circumference of a thrust bearing, a thrust bearing installed between flanges of the pivot bearing members, a pivot inserted to the pivot bearing members and connected with the wing members, and caps(17) installed on upper and lower ends of the pivot bearing members. |
