A rotary device using movement of a poise is provided to reduce bad affection to environment by decreasing the consumption of resources and utilizing the rotation device in various applications. A rotary device using movement of a poise includes a center shaft(3), a guide track, an upper body(9), a lower body, a poise, a position conversion device, a ring, a rod, a support frame(1), and gears(5,6,7,8). The center shaft crosses the guide track. The guide track is installed at the upper body. The poise is mounted on the guide track. The lower body is installed at the center shaft. The position conversion device is disposed between the upper body and the lower body. The ring is installed at the end of the position conversion device. The rod is fixed to the ring. The support frame supports the center shaft. The gears are coupled to both ends of the support frame and connected by a belt.
