An oil supply device for a linear compressor is provided to limit excessive reciprocation of a mass member by including a damping part of the mass member in the oil supply device, and to prevent abrasion by reducing impact transferred to a main body frame. An oil supply device for a linear compressor comprises an oil supply flow path and an oil pumping unit and a damping part(74b). The oil supply flow path is connected so that oil is supplied between a cylinder and a piston. The oil pumping unit is installed to a main body frame(53), and includes an oil cylinder(72) connected to the oil supply flow path, a mass member(74) linearly reciprocating inside the oil cylinder by vibration of a main body frame, and an oil elastic member(76a, 76b) installed in the oil cylinder so as to elastically support the mass member on both sides of the mass member. The damping part includes a support rod(74a) is supported on one end of the oil cylinder, and inserted into the inside of the mass member, and a damping elastic member installed inside the mass member, and provides elastic force to the support rod.
