A working power upgrading system using leverage is provided to reduce power consumption of a machine when various industrial machines are driven by rotating force of a motor and rotation load of the motor itself. Two levers(3) are symmetrically mounted between a first rotary plate and a second rotary plate(O2). Two bosses(1A,1A') protruding from the first rotary plate are inserted into grooves(1R,1R') of the levers, and bosses(2A,2A') protruding from the second rotary plate are inserted into grooves(2R,2R'). Bosses(3A,3A') protruding from edges of the second rotary plate are inserted into joint portions(3R,3R') of the levers.
