A tilt and telescope steering system with a tube tightening apparatus is provided to minimize a clearance generated between an inner tube and an outer tube by installing the tube tightening apparatus tightening the outer tube. A tilt and telescope steering system includes an outer tube(155), an inner tube(150), a tube tightening section(300), an outer bracket, a regulation bolt(165), a lock structure, a lever(105), and a stopper(305). The outer tube surrounds a steering shaft. A telescopic hole is formed lengthwise in the outer tube. The inner tube is inserted into the outer tube. The tube tightening section surrounds the outer tube. A slot is formed on one side of the tube tightening section to tighten the outer tube. The outer bracket is provided on the outer surface of the fastening section. The regulation bolt passes through the outer bracket. The lock structure is installed on one side of the regulation bolt. The lever is installed on one side of the regulation bolt to operate the lock structure. The stopper is inserted into the telescopic hole to restrict movement of the outer tube.
