Provided are a green organic luminescent compound, which is superior in heat resistance, stability, and a luminous efficiency, emits green lights with various wavelengths, and forms films easily through deposition, and an organic light-emitting diode including the same. The green organic luminescent compound has a structure represented by a formula 1, wherein K1 and K2 each are independently nitrogen or phosphorous, A1 to A6 each are independently a hydrogen, amine, hydroxyl, pyrazoline, cyano, substituted or unsutstituted C1-60 alkyl, aryl, aminoaryl, heteroaryl, alkenyl, or alkoxy group, B1 to B4 each are independently a hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkyl, aryl or alkoxy group, C1 to C22 each are independently a hydrogen, halogen, cyano, substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, or alkoxy group.
