A street lamp is provided to enhance intensity of illumination by comprising an auxiliary reflecting plate in order to illuminate and amplify the light. A street lamp includes a case(21) having a main reflecting plate(22), an illuminating lamp(23) installed in the case, a first auxiliary reflecting plate(30), and a canopy cover(24) for penetrating a light by coupling with the case. The first auxiliary reflecting plate, which is installed at a lower side of the illuminating lamp, amplifies a light by reflecting the light of the illuminating lamp to the main reflecting plate, and illuminates the amplified light to a lower direction. The first auxiliary reflecting plate includes a support unit supported to the case and an auxiliary reflecting unit for reflecting. The auxiliary reflecting unit installed at an end portion of the support unit reflects the light of the illuminating lamp to the main reflecting plate. |
