A pump having a compressing plate composed of a ring-shaped structure made of a high elastic material is provided to reduce noises and pulsation. A pump(3) having a compressing plate composed of a ring-shaped structure made of a high elastic material includes a ring-shaped compressing plate(1). The ring-shaped compressing plate is fixed-installed due to inserting a fixing pin(11) into a fixing hole(1A). A crank(2) is positioned inside of the ring-shaped compressing plate. A crank roller(2A) is installed on the crank to rotate due to a crank roller fixing pin(2C). A ring-shaped compressing plate top cover(14) and a pump top cover(5) are piled to be fixed-installed on a top of the pump. The fixing pin installed on the fixing hole of the ring-shaped compressing plate is inserted into fixing pin fixing holes(14A,15A) positioned on a ring-shaped compressing plate bottom cover(15) and the ring-shaped compressing plate top cover to be fixed-installed.
