A remote control panel equipped with a dust-proof function is provided to mount a filter at an atmospheric air inlet part adjacent to a suction fan without any change in size and alignment of any other component parts, and attach an additional sleeve to an outside of the atmospheric air inlet for surrounding a fixing unit of the filter, thereby protecting a CPU(Central Processing Unit) and various control cards from dust. A remote control panel equipped with a dust-proof function includes an outer case(10) formed with an atmospheric air inlet(13) and a room air outlet(17) and mounted with a door(11A) at a front part, wherein various control cards are installed in the outer case. An intake fan is installed to the atmospheric air inlet of the outer case. A filter(30) is provided with a shape keeping frame outside and disposed in a mounting portion of the atmospheric air inlet of the outer case. A fixing unit(40) is to fix the filter to the mounting part in close contact for one-touch type coupling of the filter. A sleeve(15) is formed outside the atmospheric air inlet and surrounds the fixing unit for mounting the filter without any modification of the outer case.
