A sensing timing control circuit of a sense amplifier is provided to arrange a post stage part generating a sense amplifier control signal adjacently to a sense amplifier driving driver. A pre-stage part(110) generates a first control signal in response to a sense enable signal. A delay part(120) outputs a second control signal by delaying the first control signal. A post stage part(140) generates a third control signal in response to the second control signal. A driving driver(150) drives a sense amplifier in response to the third control signal. The post stage part is arranged adjacently to the driving driver adjacent to the sense amplifier.
