A vaporizing humidifier using a double pad is provided to adding a double salt with powerful oxidation after melted into a water collecting tank and ionized for providing fresh air indoor. A vaporizing humidifier using a double pad includes a water supplier(10), a pad unit(20), a water collecting tank(30), and an air blowing device(40). The water supplier supplies water. The pad unit absorbs the supplied water. The water collecting tank collects the water from the pad unit. The air blowing device absorbs and blows moisture generated from the water from the pad unit. The pad unit includes a first pad, a second pad, and a catalyst layer. The first pad is installed near an intake unit. The second pad contacts to the first pad. The catalyst layer is plated with a light catalyst at one side.
