An elastic pavement material is provided to have cushion strength on the surface and to prevent a capillary phenomenon by having a heat emitting layer within. The elastic pavement material having a heat emitting layer comprises an antifrost layer(200) paved on the top of a soil compaction layer(100) put on the compacted ground with a mixture of 40~50 weight percent reclaimed rubber chips having the size of 1~20mm, 40~50 weight percent recycled aggregate having the size of 10~60mm and 3~20 weight percent adhesive binder to generate stable ground strength, a rubble layer(300) paved on the top of the antifrost layer with a mixture of 40~60 weight percent aggregate and 40~60 weight percent reclaimed rubber chips to generate bearing strength and elastic force, a heat emitting layer(400) put on the top of the rubber layer to emit heat through a heating unit, a permeated water purification layer(500) paved on the heat emitting layer with a mixture of reclaimed rubber chips, aggregate and glass ceramic balls having the size of 10~50mm to remove pollutants through pores of the glass ceramic balls, and an elastic surface layer(600) formed in a porous roll mat with a mixture of rubber chips and adhesive binder to supply cushion strength when stepping. |
