A camera module package having an optical image stabilizing function is provided to freely arrange various IC(Integrated Circuit) chips on a main board and reduce the size of the main board. A camera module package having an optical image stabilizing function includes a housing(20), a ceramic substrate(31), an image sensor(33), and a gyro sensor IC or an angular velocity sensor(34). The housing has an opening at the bottom. A plurality of lenses are disposed in the housing. The ceramic substrate is combined with the opening of the housing and includes a protrusion(312) formed at the edge of the ceramic substrate to form a cavity(311) and a contact pad(313,314) formed on the outer face of the protrusion. The image sensor is wire-bonded to the ceramic substrate. The gyro sensor IC or the angular velocity sensor is mounted in the cavity. |
