<p>A method for calculating an arrange position of a rotary machine blade is provided to solve a cause of cracks generating in a root of the blade by arranging light or heavy blades not to be concentratedly arranged. A method for calculating an arrange position of a rotary machine blade includes the steps of obtaining basic information of each of blades arranged on a circumference of a rotor of a rotary machine to determine maximum permissible unbalance and a minimum permissible distribution function value(S101~S103), inputting data used to calculate the arrange position of the blade(S105), arranging the blade according to a condition of the step(S105) to calculate residual unbalance and a residual distribution function value(S107), outputting a result of arranging the blade if being satisfied after inputting the value from the interrelation of the limited value determined in the steps(S101~S103) into a first condition selected as any condition(S109), simultaneously pseudo-swapping a position of a plurality of moving blades except for existing fixing blades which are not exchanged as the destination and a fixing blade as a standard if not being satisfied with the first condition(S111), inputting the value from the interrelation of the residual unbalance and the residual distribution function value into the second condition selected as any condition to change the position of the moving blades until being satisfied with a second condition(S115), and inputting the replaced residual unbalance and the replaced residual distribution function value into the first condition to output the result of arranging the final blade(S112).</p> |
