An outer bottle cap integrated with an inner bottle cap opener and a bottle having the same are provided to open an inner bottle cap without a separate opener and prevent the opener from being lost by integrating the outer bottle cap and the opener. An outer bottle cap is integrated with a hook-shaped inner bottle cap opener(48) installed at the outer upper end of the outer bottle cap. In the inner bottle cap opener, at least one pair of nib units(486) is press-fitted and inserted into a gap between a flange part(22) of an inner bottle cap(2) and the bottle inlet while the inner bottle cap seals the bottle inlet. A gap between the nib units facing each other is same as or larger than the maximum diameter of parts(24,26) of the inner bottle cap inserted into the bottle inlet. A grip unit(484) is extended from the nib unit in parallel to the outer upside of the outer bottle cap and inserted at the same time when the nib unit is inserted between the flange part of the inner bottle cap and the bottle inlet. A support unit(482) connects and fixes the outer edge of the outer bottle cap and the grip unit.
