#CMT# #/CMT# The contactor has a support frame (7) fixed relative to a metallic track (2) and delimiting a space (9). A mask (10) made of electric insulating material such as Teflon, is mounted in the space and is moved relative to the track between two positions. The mask presents a passage opening (14) through which a metallic spring blade (3) contacts with the track in a position of the mask. The mask is displaced towards another position to cause flexion of the blade and its spacing from the track due to co-operation of the blade with one of the opening edges to interrupt the contact with the track. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for co-operating with a metallic track of a printed circuit board for establishing or interrupting a contact ensuring the passage or interruption of electric current between a metallic spring blade and the track (claimed), for forming an electric circuit in an equipment of a motor vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The contactor avoids any sliding contact between the track and the blade while facilitating a force of application or lift of the blade with respect to the track through controlled flexion of the blade which enters in contact with the track or separated from the track, and therefore reduces the wear of two parts of the contactor in order to increase the reliability of the contactor.
