A riding exercise bike for an elderly person is provided to enable an elderly person to enjoy exercising safely, to restrict movement of a user's waist supporting or fixing a user's upper body. The riding exercise bike for an elderly person includes a frame(1), a saddle(2), a pedal(3), a backplate(4), an armrest(5) and a thigh support(6). A guide rail(11) is mounted on an upper surface of the frame(11). On a bottom of the saddle(2), a guide bracket(21) that is coupled to the guide rail(11) and moves along the guide rail(11) is mounted. The backplate(4) is formed on a rear of the saddle(2) to adjust the angle against the saddle. The thigh support(6) is formed to extend downwardly on both sides of the saddle(2) and make its angel adjusted.
