FIELD: pulse technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed integrated analog-to-digital converter depends for its operation on intermediate conversion of input signal into signal of one of pulse modulation types (PWM, PFM, PPM, or PDM). Its operating process includes integration of difference in input voltage and intermediate signal obtained by pulse modulation of mentioned difference integral using integrator for the purpose and addition of intermediate signals during conversion interval; novelty is that during short-time interval adjacent to end of conversion interval negative feedback is applied to integrator through operational amplifier, and correction proportional to pulse area at operational amplifier output is entered in result of conversion. ^ EFFECT: enhanced precision of converter due to elimination of fringe effect error. ^ 1 cl, 7 dwg |
