A door opening and closing apparatus of an oven is provided to readily select an operation type of a door according to a user's need and installation environment of the oven. A door opening and closing apparatus of an oven includes a door body(210), a first door fixing frame(220), a first body fixing frame(230), a second door fixing frame(240), a swing handle(250), and a down handle(260). The door body is formed of a plate having a predetermined area to cover a cavity. The first door fixing frame is fixed to one side of the rear surface of the door body. The first body fixing frame is arranged apart from the second door fixing frame and fixed to the other side of the rear surface of the door body. The swing handle is formed at one side of the front surface of the door body to correspond to the position of the first door fixing frame and the first body fixing frame. The down handle is formed on the front surface of the door body.
