<p>A deoxidizing refractory composition for manufacturing high clean steel, which is promptly reacted with molten steel and slag to effectively eliminate oxygen contained in molten steel and slag produced by an oxygen blowing converter refining process and impurities contained in steel without generating dust or white smoke, and a preparation method thereof are provided. A deoxidizing refractory composition for manufacturing high clean steel comprises: a core material; and a surface treatment layer surrounding the core materials, wherein the core material includes an Al-containing material, a Ca-containing material, silica flour, perlite and an Li-containing flux, and the surface treatment layer includes CaO. A preparation method of a deoxidizing refractory composition for manufacturing high clean steel comprises: preparing a core material using a core material-forming composition including an Al-containing material, a Ca-containing material, silica flour, perlite and an Li-containing flux; and treating a surface of the core material with a surface treatment layer-forming composition including CaO, dispersion media, binder, deflocculant and defoaming agent to form a surface treatment layer on the core material.</p> |
