An exhaust gas electrolysis apparatus for a diesel engine is provided to electrolyze exhaust gas generated from the diesel engine through corona discharge using plasma, thereby purifying the exhaust gas. An exhaust gas electrolysis apparatus for a diesel engine includes a cylindrical housing(20), and a coupling part(30). The coupling part is installed at a front end of the cylindrical housing. A finish plate(31) having a suction port(34) and a division member(32) are coupled to the coupling part to form an electrode chamber. The electrode chamber has a bus bar(35) to which electric power is supplied. The electrode chamber is fixed by an insulating body(33) in order to be insulated from the division member and the finish plate. The insulating body is coupled to the finish plate to fix the bus bar, and functions to prevent the current applied to the bus bar from being conducted to a main body except a wire(22).
