The circuit has a unit to bring the fluid from a carbon dioxide reserve (28) to the terminal. The terminal has an interfacing/controlling unit (32) e.g. keyboard, to control a pump (P) and a valve (12) for bringing the fluid from the circuit based on information relative to a user of the system or characteristics e.g. capacity, of the reservoir to be filled. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for packaging a fluid e.g. liquid carbon dioxide, helium or hydrogen, in a carbon dioxide cartridge of a refillable reservoir (claimed), where the cartridge is utilized for carbonation at dwelling, inflating bicycle tire, protecting a foodstuff by generation of protective atmosphere, assisting photosynthesis of an aquarium plant, and for eliminating an insect e.g. mosquito. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The packaging system can be housed in an automatic selling machine placed in a public or private location, thus allowing a consumer to access the machine in an easier and simple manner for rapidly filling the reservoir without requiring the presence of an operator.
