System contains wideband source of emission, interferometer Fabry-Perot, focusing system, registering interferometer and photo-registering facility, optical Y-shaped coupler, analog-digital transducer, microprocessor device. Wideband source of emission is made with fibre-optic output, which is connected with optical Y-shaped coupler. Coupler is connected with interferometer Fabry-Perot and with focusing system. Registering interferometer is made in the form of polarisation interferometer.
