#CMT# #/CMT# The detector has an element (10) with a triggering part (12) carried by a bimetal support (11) switching during exceedance of a limit temperature for liberating a marker product dosage in the switched position. Another element (20) has a marking surface (22) carried by another support, where the surface is separated from the triggering part when the temperature limit does not exceed. The product dosage is liberated on the surface when the triggering part contacts the surface after the exceedance of the temperature, where the contact is maintained as long as the limit temperature exceeds. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for detecting exceedance duration of a limit temperature of a product such as a frozen food product or physiological product e.g. blood bag, in a refrigerating apparatus, freezer or product transporting equipment for controlling the exceedance of temperature towards low or high inorder to preserve the product in limit temperature. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The switching of the bimetal support permits to detect the exceedance duration or the exceedance of the limit temperature towards high or low in a precise manner.
