<p>The invention relates to a security element in the form of a flexible, multi-layer filmbody, and an identification system provided with one such security element. Saidsecurity element comprises a receiving unit (61) for receiving an electromagnetic verificationsignal (7) containing a specific coding and emitted by a verification device,an emission unit (66) for emitting a release signal, and an electronic releasesystem (63, 64, 65) comprising active and/or passive organic components.
