A transfer system is provided to stably support a hoist member with a sliding bracket when the hoist member moves between a transfer position and a storing position, thereby quickly loading or unloading a workpiece. A transfer device includes a body(21) running along a rail(15), a sliding member coupled to the body and moving between a transfer position and storing position relative to the body, and a hoist member(80) coupled to the sliding member. At least one buffer device is positioned in a horizontal direction of the transfer device to support a workpiece at the storing position. The buffer device includes a fixing and supporting portion(91) supporting the sliding unit.
