A device for piling up chock assembled rolling rolls is provided to improve the piling efficiency of the chock assembled rolling rolls by promptly and safely piling up the chock assembled rolling rolls, optionally adjusting the height of the piling device according to rolling rolls with various dimensions, and sensing rolling rolls piled up, thereby automatically operating upper skids. A device(100) for piling up chock assembled rolling rolls comprises: a fixed member(110) having a fixed frame(111) formed on the bottom thereof, and a plurality of supporting frames(112) vertically installed on the fixed frame; a piling member(120) which is positioned above the fixed member, and has a base frame(121) formed on a lower portion thereof, a plurality of supporting frames(122) vertically formed on an upper portion of the base frame, and lower skids(123) attached to both sides of the supporting frames; upper skids(130) having a rotary shaft(134) penetratingly into the supporting frames to connect the supporting frames, bodies(131) connected to both sides of the rotary shaft, chock supports(133) formed on outer sides of the bodies, and hydraulic cylinders(135) attached to one sides of the supporting frames; and a liftable and lowerable member(140) formed between the fixed member and the piling member to adjust the height of the piling member.
