FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has fixing means enabling one to introduce and fix at least one rod, in particular, when performing osteosynthesis. It has means for fastening it in bone on one side, and fixing head having fixing means and means for clamping for pressing rod against one of internal walls called base surface of clamping, on the other side. At least one canal passes through fixing head for introducing rod. The fixing means and the specified base surface create some slackness before blocking the fixing means, when rotating at least about one first axis not parallel to longitudinal rod axis. The clamping member has anterior surface engageable with the rod called mobile clamp surface. The mobile clamp surface is formed by base head articulated on clamping member end by means of connection spherical union and that the canal has open shaped having aperture opening towards one of lateral external surfaces of fixing head. One edge of the specified aperture has claming means. The canal aperture and clamping means position are capable of providing lateral rod introduction. The fixing member and the specified base surface have some slackness before blocking the fixing means, when rotating at least about one second axis not parallel to the first axis and to longitudinal rod axis. ^ EFFECT: improved adaptation conditions with respect to various rod orientations when the implant is fixed in bone. ^ 12 cl, 13 dwg |
