FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical hollow housing with radial openings, transmitting mechanism made of rotor provided with radial blades and shaft, and piston pumps. The opening in the housing are connected with the cylinders of the pumps through hoses. The axes of the openings are oriented in space at angle &phis; = -180°(i-1)/n to each other, where n is the number pairs of pumps and i is the number of opening and cylinder connected with the opening in the direction of rotation.
