FIELD: medicine, stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of complications arising in using bracket-system in orthodontic patients. Method involves carrying out complex of curative actions using calcium phosphate-containing gel as two courses from onset and during orthodontic treatment. In one year from onset of treatment by bracket-system the level of secretory and serum immunoglobulins of A class is determined in blood sample of patients additionally. Immunocorrection with timalin is carried out in case of decreasing the content of secretory immunoglobulin A less 1.53 ± 0.04 g/l and the content of serum immunoglobulin A less 1.35 ± 0.06 g/l. The following schedule of timalin administration is used: 1 ml by intramuscular route (i.m.) every day for 10 days; then 1 ml in each other day, 10 i. m. injections; then 1 ml, once per a week - 10 i. m. injections. "Essentiale" is prescribed simultaneously in the dose 1 capsule, 2 times per a day during eating for 3 months and calcemin in the dose 1 tablet, 2 times per a day for 3 months. Method provides enhancing the effective remineralization of teeth enamel, normalization of parodontium resulting to elimination of caries in spot stage and bleeding of gums. ^ EFFECT: improved method of treatment. ^ 3 tbl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
