<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a medical receptacle, which prevents formation of a thin part or pinhole part in the sealing with the resilience of a sheet of a folded part. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing the medical receptacle with a tube-shaped receptacle body 2 having two sides 7 and 8 formed by folding and upper and lower end side sealing parts 5 and 6. The method comprises a process of preparing a sheet-like tubular body 3, a process of forming the upper end side sealed part 5 and the lower end side sealed part 6 by heat-sealing the upper and lower ends of the sheet-like tubular body 3, a process of irradiating the sheet-shaped tubular body 3 having the sealing parts 5 and 6 with radiation, a post-irradiation sealing process for heat-sealing drug-chamber side sealed parts 5a and 6a and the periphery of the upper and lower end sealed parts 5 and 6 on the side edges of the sheet-like tubular body 3, and a cooling process for impressing a cooling metal mold on the part sealed in the post-irradiation sealing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
