<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for making an equipment maintenance plan of plant facility, for providing an optimum maintenance plan from the aspect of reliability and costs by performing simulation in accordance with actual operation wherein damages or the like are handled as modeled probability events in a plurality of parts in equipment of plant facility, in consideration of operation conditions in accordance with an operating method particular to the plant facility, profit from selling electricity, influence on environment, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes databases 1, 2, 5 and 6 for the plurality of parts in the plant facility equipment, and performs simulation in a simulation block 7 as a set of the plurality of parts while considering mutual correlation among a plurality of events based on operation conditions of the plant facility. The method further simulates a damage probability based on thermal and mechanical operation conditions in the plurality of parts, the conditions being set according to the operating method which is stored in the database and particular to the plant facility.
