PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase storage quantity of lubricating fluid without badly affecting the lubricating fluid, and to easily confirm injection quantity of the lubricating fluid. SOLUTION: An annular member 43 is fitted to a rotating shaft 41, and a radial dynamic bearing portion is formed in a small clearance between an outer peripheral face of the rotating shaft 41 and an inner peripheral face of a bearing sleeve 31. Further a fluid sealing portion S is formed in a clearance between an outer peripheral face of the annular member 43 and an opposite face of the bearing sleeve 31 radially opposite to the outer peripheral face.
