PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator guide rail combined body effectively utilizing a space in a shaft for reducing the size of the shaft and for lowering the ranks of standardized sizes of supporting members which support the guide rail, while eliminating the need for a constructing company to install a guide rail supporting beam. SOLUTION: The elevator guide rail combined body comprises the guide rail 15 to be erected in the vertical direction, the plurality of first supporting members 16, and the second supporting member 17 for supporting the guide rail 15. The first supporting members 16 are arranged on the same vertical plane so that they or their extension lines have intersections or they are parallel to each other.
