Provided is a method of manufacturing film for a keypad and its film that applies epoxy ultraviolet adhesive on polyurethane film and PET film and that puts them together rigidly as a base rubber for the keypad, thereby reinforcing the support strength for base rubber and keeping the evenness smoothly and to prevent deformation. The manufacturing method of film for a keypad comprises: cutting transparent or semi-transparent polyurethane film textile roll on one side of which is stuck PET material transparent or semi-transparent sheet and printing metallic material on the bottom surface of the polyurethane film; performing surface treatment of the transparent or semi-transparent PET film with UV primer to harden; applying specially manufactured ultraviolet adhesive which has 220 to 280nm of UV wavelength and 1.07 of specific gravity between the polyurethane film and PET film and putting them together in ultraviolet irradiator; removing air bubbles between the polyurethane film and PET film by squeezing them in semi-automatic printing machine.
