A manufacturing method of a top/bottom separable hot gas induction case is provided to separately manufacture top/bottom parts of the induction case having a complicated shape and combine the top/bottom parts with each other. A manufacturing method of a top/bottom separable hot gas induction case includes the steps of: fixing two separated flange units(f), which are coupling surfaces, at a certain position indicated on a flat bed; fixing a semi-circular suspension jig(sj) in a space between the two flange units; coupling a semi-circular suspension ring(sr) at the outermost surface of the suspension jig; fixing a lower part of a supporter not to interfere the suspension jig, and installing an assembly jig(aj) with a length-adjustable variable arm at an extended upper part; making a basic external shape by placing panels(pn) processed by each part at right positions and welding the panels; and arranging a circular collar(c) at an upper part having the basic external shape through assembly of the panels, fixing the circular collar at an exact center point by finely tuning the variable arm of the assembly jig, and welding the circular collar with the contacted panel.
